Warranty Policy

1. Replaced Parts Warranty

We provide a digital warranty card for all hardware replacements. Replaced laptop screens, keyboards, and batteries carry a 90-day warranty (unless specified otherwise in the quotation sheet). Internal upgrades like Kingston or Crucial SSDs and RAM modules carry their respective manufacturer warranties (up to 3 or 5 years), serviced directly by us or manufacturer service centers.

2. Service Labor Warranty

Our diagnostic and motherboard chip-level repair labor carries a 30-day warranty. If the same chip-level issue recurs within 30 days of completion, we will re-diagnose and repair it at no additional service cost.

3. Warranty Voids & Exclusions

The warranty is immediately voided in the following circumstances:

  • Physical screen breakage, pressure cracks, or dent damage after handover.
  • Liquid spillage or water damage inside the device.
  • The device is opened, tampered with, or repaired by a third-party engineer outside the AbhiFix network.
  • System software corruptions (viruses, boot errors, operating system issues) do not fall under hardware warranty.

4. Claiming Your Warranty

To claim a warranty, simply log in to your Customer portal, locate your **My Warranties** list, select the active card, and click **Raise Claim**. An engineer will be assigned to visit and inspect the device. Replaced components will be swapped out free of cost if verified under warranty conditions.
