1. Our Data Privacy Commitment

At AbhiFix Tech, we prioritize your data security. When booking a repair, you are asked to choose a specific data privacy consent level (ranging from "Do not access personal folders" to "Backup and format authorized"). Our engineers are strictly bound by non-disclosure agreements and are prohibited from viewing, copying, or transferring any client files unless explicitly requested for data recovery.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly during account registration, repair booking, or laptop evaluations. This includes your name, email address, WhatsApp mobile number, Mumbai delivery address, pincode, device serial numbers, and payment receipts. We do not store credit card or payment gateway passwords since all payments in Phase 1 are handled manually.

3. Device Handover & Data Liability

While we perform audits and diagnostic tests, hardware repairs always carry an inherent risk of data loss (especially motherboard short circuit diagnosis or system formatting). We strongly recommend backing up critical files before handing over your device. AbhiFix Tech is not liable for data loss on devices that arrive in a non-bootable state.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our MVP is built to operate in free mode. We do not share your contact details with external advertisement trackers, map systems, or third-party paid SMS brokers. Future integrations (like Firebase messaging or Razorpay gateways) will only be activated when you explicitly opt-in and configure keys.
