1. Diagnostic & Inspection Charges
A standard diagnostic inspection fee of ₹299.00 is payable upon the engineer's doorstep visit, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the repair. This covers the engineer's travel and physical testing. If you approve the repair quote, this inspection charge is fully waived or adjusted against the final service invoice.
2. Quotation and Work Authorization
Engineers diagnose and upload a cost sheet. No repair work will begin until you click "Approve" on the quotation inside the tracking panel. Verbal approvals are not recognized unless logged by admin. Replaced parts cost and labor charges are detailed in the invoice ledger.
3. Unclaimed Devices
If a device is taken to our workshop and is repaired or declared irreparable, the customer must accept delivery within 30 days of status completion. AbhiFix Tech is not responsible for devices left unclaimed at our workshops for more than 45 days.
4. Laptop Purchasing (Sell Module)
When selling a laptop through our platform, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the device. Doorstep evaluations will check specifications (processor, RAM, storage, and defects). Payout is issued immediately via cash or UPI upon passing physical checks and signing the digital release receipt.
5. Platform Disputes
In the event of a dispute between a customer and a partner engineer, AbhiFix Tech admins serve as arbitrators. All communication, quotations, and status history logs are auditable through our database ledger.
